Throughout the purchase he supported the review of procurement scenarios with and without trad He had thorough knowledge of the vehicle and features. During each review he was patient and diligent in following thru on research/approvals as needed. In the review both parties managed concession in the sale price and vehicle valuation to finalize on a solution that was palatable by all parties. Buying with Vin was about as painless as can be. Brought us every truck we wanted to see got the truck up on a lift to look at the frame, can’t really ask for much more.
