This dealership is one of if not the best that I have ever dealt with. Jillian was “on the ball” immediately with everything that I wanted and respected my superstition about not test driving cars beca ever dealt with. Jillian was “on the ball” immediately with everything that I wanted and respected my superstition about not test driving cars because I live in Hamilton and didn’t want to drive all that way just to see it, and I have honestly never test driven a vehicle I’ve ever bought in 25 years because I find it is bad luck. And I’ve always had great success with this superstition, but some car dealerships just don’t understand or get it why a customer wants what they want the way that they want it. Not only did they respect my way of wanting things done but they completely exceeded my expectations when it came to quality and customer service. I saw immediately why this place wins the awards that it does. And Jillian Cook has a very bright future ahead of her in this industry.
