If I could rate less than 1 I would! Never buy a car from these people! Their service department also is very horrible! Broke a bolt, takes things off your car and doesn’t put them back Never buy a car from these people! Their service department also is very horrible! And Pre Certified means nothing! More

Brought my truck in for diagnostics for a random misfire. The techs found a rich fuel mixture at idle. I was pleased they could figure it out, however after that instead of continuing to find out why that wa The techs found a rich fuel mixture at idle. I was pleased they could figure it out, however after that instead of continuing to find out why that was happening they opted to fully replace the motor for 10,000 or more. Not with a brand new or remanned engine to justify the price but with and engine that had the same or more miles. I ended up picking up my truck to find out it was still in pieces and they had forgotten to even give me some parts of the engine too More

I was pleased with the sale and purchase i made with the 2016 GMC. However when i returned for service ( oil change and tire rotation) i was not pleased. There seemed to be no waiting room if you wanted to 2016 GMC. However when i returned for service ( oil change and tire rotation) i was not pleased. There seemed to be no waiting room if you wanted to wait. I had a appointment and I was on time. I had to wait beyond my appointed time before my vehicle was serviced. The Tech took 1 hour to rotate 4 tires and change oil. Really? More
