This is worst experience I have ever had. They left me without a car a week before Christmas. THEY KEPT SAYS THEY WERE WORKING ON MY DRIVERS WINDOW. MY WINDOW STILL LEAKS. I GET WET WHEN WHEN They left me without a car a week before Christmas. THEY KEPT SAYS THEY WERE WORKING ON MY DRIVERS WINDOW. MY WINDOW STILL LEAKS. I GET WET WHEN WHEN I TAKE IT TO THE CAR WASH. My car broke down while on the way to an important doctors appointment. I went to the dealership with the tow truck driver. They sent me to a rental car company on to find out I needed a code from the dealership to get a car.I couldnt reach anyone for a couple hours. Then they said it would be a couple days until they could verify what was wrong to give them a code. I was tweenty miles from home. I had to call a friend to come and get me. I was another week I didn't have a car. Then I notice my car had been wrecked. I bought a certified car. I went to the dealership. I was there four hours with my son. They would not give me a copy of my carfax to prove I signed it. So they promised to sell me a car of similar value. They wanted to give me only $13,OOO for my car when out the door I spent over $24,000. They wanted me to buy a car with a $200 more car payment when on retirement I only make $975 month with a $475 month car payment. I was so mad!!! To this day I still can't get a copy of any of my paperwork and there are no documents on the blank zip drive they gave me. Any advise. More

Courtesy Chevrolet has been my place of business for the last several years. I actually drive an hour + out of my way and pass at least 5 other Chevrolet dealerships on my way because of the no B.S. style t last several years. Beware of Hidden Charges on Contract!!!! Although the Employees of the dealership are friendly beware of whats on your final contract before you sign! When the dealership was questioned about it, their response was they do this to all certified used cars. This is fraudulent and very shady. Do not deal with this very phony dealership!!!!!! More

Best experience in ourchasing a new vehcle. I found the truck I was looking for in a search on the internet at Courtesy. When I selected the type of truck and features I wanted, this truck was I found the truck I was looking for in a search on the internet at Courtesy. When I selected the type of truck and features I wanted, this truck was the only one that came up. During that search, I chatted with one of your representatives for some information. Very nice girl and was very helpful. Within an hour I received a phone call from Anthony to discuss the truck and set up a time to come in. Again, very pleasant conversation. After that, Steve called to make sure that someone contacted me. Once I did arrive at your facility, everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful during the entire process. The one thing that bothers me in the vehicle purchasing process is the sales people being pushy trying to get me to make an immediate decision. This was NOT the case at Courtesy. I can see where the name comes from. Everyone is very courteous. I would not hesitate to come back for my next purchase and recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone. Thanks again for a pleasant experience. BTW, my wife says the truck looks Bitchin!!!! More
