I immediately felt comfortable and never pressured. It was as if he was working for me. He took time to find out what I wanted, needed and could afford. He researched vehicles and their towing capacity for my camper. He presented me with options and went out of his way to find the "right" car - even coming in on his day off to help me wrap up the deal. He followed up on every little thing. Worth every minute of our time! We had a horrible experience at a dealership in Houston that resulted in us returning the car we purchased. We stumbled upon the vehicle we wanted at Covert in Austin & were very cautious about driving 2 hours away and purchasing another vehicle. From the get go, they were up front, no hassle, no games & very accomodating. We purchased the vehicle from them and they turned around our terrible experience that we had by going above and beyond for us! We requested that a headlight be replaced, the center console top be replaced & a new rim for one of the tires. They were happy to do everything we requested & even delivered the vehicle to us in Houston! We had a lot of questions and were pretty picky considering what we went through and all the deception that we dealt with from another dealership. Everyone was extremely nice & made sure to make us feel comfortable. We felt that everyone there was willing to help with anything we requested and we weren't there playing the waiting game! I hate going to dealerships and waiting there for hours. I would definitely recommend Covert Cadillac in Austin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

This is my first Cadillac and Covert goes above and beyond what I have experienced at other dealerships.The paperwork was completed and Jeffrey drove the car from Austin to my home in College Staion. Jerry was in direct contact with me the whole time, and provided me with a direct phone number for a technical support advisor. The entire process took less than two days.
