He was very patient with the time that it took for me to decide where I was going to purchase my car and he was very knowledgeable of all the features on the vehicle. He answered all my questions very quickly day or night. I can’t say enough on how he searched to find the exact car I was looking for. He assured me that Capital would do everything in their power to take care of me from the purchase, to warranties and service - all of which are so very important to me. Brandon Painter in financing was so good to explain all the warranty options and help me make the best choice for my needs. Lastly, I want to give Chris Smith in service a shout out. This dealership was wonderful to work with. I went on line and found the 2022 Corolla white with the black roof. Abbey helped with this one line. She was so nice and professional. I wnt in the next day thinking no way I could afford it. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I met the Jeremy Wright he was friendly, professional and not pushy. He offered to pay off my loan and gave me the Blue Book value on my car. I had enough to make a good down payment. I was still worried I couldn't afford it. He introduced me to Dee Dee in finance and she crunched and numbers and told me I was approved. She was extremely thoughtful and helpful. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I am more than appreciative to all the workers and Capital Toyota of Chattanooga. I am now enjoying my new Corolla! More
