From the moment I entered the dealership, I was received so well. The level of professionalism was beyond what I expected. Jeff the sales person was very great at explaining everything so well. Recently brought in our 2021 GLC300 to diagnose a dashboard trouble light. We had no appointment, as we live 75 miles away, and stopped by on the chance it would be a quick fix. It was not, and too dashboard trouble light. We had no appointment, as we live 75 miles away, and stopped by on the chance it would be a quick fix. It was not, and took several days to sort out the situation. We were kept informed the entire time (and given a 2022 GLC300 loaner) and it was clear Ronan would not give up until the problem was figured out and fixed. Both of which occurred and the car came back in perfect condition. Ronan is a superstar and we'll be confident the car will always be in good hands with him & his team. More

This was one of the best dealership experiences we have ever had. Even though we knew we weren't buying one of the most expensive cars, we were treated like we were. There was ZERO pressure, no rush, the e ever had. Even though we knew we weren't buying one of the most expensive cars, we were treated like we were. There was ZERO pressure, no rush, the entire staff was friendly (unlike competitors who acted so prestigious and as though we were beneath them). After the first test drive, I said I wanted to go home and research, and Jeff actually encouraged this and told us sites to make sure we read competitors' information too! When I came back the next day, he asked if I researched and what other questions he could answer. Jeff S. (and staff) truly sealed the deal for us by treating us with respect, patience, and honesty. Thank you, Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis for making us feel special and excited about our new and first Mercedes-Benz purchase! More
