Phenomenal service I was looked after very well in the purchasing of my vehicle. I then had a couple of electrical gremlins in the vehicle. They offer great guarantees, like their 90 day bumper-to-bumper for certified pre-owned, or the lifetime engine warranty when you don't miss your oil change. Peter made me a great little video, capturing the vehicle I wanted to buy, from in- and outside, since it was not possible for me to just stop by and check it myself. The truck I purchased was perfectly clean, feels and drives like new. It was originally sold and also serviced by Crestview. I appreciated very much that they always update the service records, and the Carfax report I ordered showed me the details about all the services and repairs done prior my purchase. I just would like to see dealerships here in Canada trying more pro-active to find the best deal for the customer, and not to come up with the best deal for themselves in first position. This is not only about Crestview, it is a very common bad habit. And this is what the 4 stars are for. I am not blaming it on the salesmen, since they most likely follow company guidelines and, of course, the customary habit as well. More

Professional and very helpful, a great experience I was allowed to wander the lot without pressure. Then when I entered the dealership, I was greeted right away by Cory and he looked after me in a dir I was allowed to wander the lot without pressure. Then when I entered the dealership, I was greeted right away by Cory and he looked after me in a direct, low pressure way which was appreciated. There were a couple of hiccups but again were dealt with the right way. Trish in finance also looked after me in the same professional and knowledgeable way. The vehicle was delivered 2 hours away and I have the truck that I want. A superb experience start to finish and is continuing on with a few minor electrical glitches. More
