I first stopped by to look at the VW Taos on May 23, but I didn’t have time to drive it. I went back on May 30 to drive it & we agreed on a price & I put money down to hold the vehicle. They didn’t have the color I wanted so they found one in the early part of June. They drove quite a ways to bring back the vehicle & I picked it up on June 6. The sales manager & finance manager were great to work with on this purchase. I recommend Dean Team Volkswagen in Ballwin highly. We will be going back there when my wife needs a vehicle. More

Dean Team Ballwin has the least ick vibes of any dealership I’ve been to in my over 51 years. In fact - it had none - only good ones! It was like coming home. I may show up again today just to h dealership I’ve been to in my over 51 years. In fact - it had none - only good ones! It was like coming home. I may show up again today just to hang out. That’s how easy and enjoyable the transaction was - not smarmy and a big dang hassle like most other dealerships. Thanks for setting my daughter up with a great used car that will get her through her next phase in life.
