Everything you would want from a dealer I suppose I would be considered a difficult customer. I only stopped by to take a look at a vehicle without the immediate intent of purchasing a cadil I suppose I would be considered a difficult customer. I only stopped by to take a look at a vehicle without the immediate intent of purchasing a cadillac, and from the first step in the building to the end of the deal, all three people I dealt with were more than accommodating. Nik jr was my salesman, he is a very patient and knowledgable man. Nik jr had no issue talking with me about vehicle options and showing me different cars even though I told him I was only there to look. Both the sales manager nik sr and the finance manager jason kept everything above board and in plain view, explaining everything step by step. I had been to a lot of dealers previous to don wheaton gm, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. More

Thank you Dave so much for introducing us to Brandie! We first spoke to Brandie regarding a used truck or a price range we wanted to stay in and she spent time researching this for us so she had vehicles within our budget. We took one used truck for a test drive; realized that we wanted a new truck. A friend, as did my son, said to me that we needed to look at the Canyon Diesel that it has such great reviews. So, switching plans on a dime we told Brandie this and like a pro she asked her assistant Melissa to call to find the one in stock for us to test drive and Melissa immediately took care of this with such pleasure! We then had the truck delivered by Tia with such a smile and knew that she was so happy to do so (we saw Tia at reception when we went to pick up our truck and again we saw her interacting with others with that same enthusiasm). We are so grateful that Brandie had such patience with us on the delivery of our truck as we have never owned a truck let alone a diesel and Brandie knew this and took the time to ensure before we left that all of our questions were answered and we left with knowledge. No Pressure, Honest, Treated like they wanted my business! We called long distance into the dealership looking for a specific type of vehicle with a specific color. The salesmen (Shawn MacDougall) that I spoke with treated me respectfully, having the vehicle I wanted. A few quick questions on both our parts, a few text messages back and forth and he agreed to hold the vehicle for me to come and buy in a week and a half on my scheduled days off. (We live five and a half hours away). Jason called on our timing and arranged the payment type ahead of time. Upon arrival at the dealership, Shawn lived up to his word. We got what we were looking for, no hard up-sale, no pushy salesmen-ship, a warm conversation and a firm handshake; We had our new Buick. One and a half hours from arrival to departure with the new vehicle. Shawn, Tim and Jason you made this purchase easy. I do recommend these professionals to anyone. More

Pressured into something I didn't want I am somewhat satisfied with my new vehicle.. I do love my new vehicle and got really great financing but they would of saved me half the day with wasting my time on a used car.. Lucky I stuck around because with that sales person he was very nice therefore i gave him my time to show me what I really wanted but it was the wrong color so I am going to go back once again and hoping I get the car if my dreams More
