We have been to this dealership before it had great service. When we came back was told something different and didn't originally give us the deal which was fine but then was told something completely service. Didn't introduce himself until later on and was told towards the end we were really in a time crunch and had no sense of urgency. Janelle helped us all the way to understand the process but it could have taken less time. More
