He is so accommodating and dedicated to his job that even five minutes before the service department closes, he still lets me in, doesn't mind working beyond his working hours to hear all my concerns, and has a great sense of urgency to accommodate my vehicle even without an appointment in place yet, which made me so grateful to him.
