They call you when they say they are going to call and are always diligent to get your vehicle back to you before the time you have specified. The service advisor asks you to meet them when you come back in to pick-up your vehicle, and goes through your paperwork with you and then walks with you to show you where your vehicle is parked. Great Service I have only been to your dealership twice. The first time was to buy a part for my car. The second time was to get an oil change done. Even though I d I have only been to your dealership twice. The first time was to buy a part for my car. The second time was to get an oil change done. Even though I did not have an appointment, James was able to get my car in for the service and it only took the people about 1/2 hour to do the job. The first person whom I asked about getting the oil change done that day said they were all booked up. They maybe would be able to get it done late in the day. So glad I spoke with James. He was very helpful. I will be back again to get a few other things taken care of over the summer. Thank you for the great service! More

Best service in Edmonton I just moved here from Miami and finding a dealer that can service my 2016 GMC Canyon Diesel was pretty hard. I tried two other dealers for service , I just moved here from Miami and finding a dealer that can service my 2016 GMC Canyon Diesel was pretty hard. I tried two other dealers for service , (very close to Lakelwood);but they had problems reading my GMC warranty because my truck was from the "States". Whatever that means. Anyways one day I had to go to Lakewood Chevrolet because the other dealer was closed for Family Day and I needed an oil change bad. James Logozar approached me and greeted me (something the other dealer did not do, I actually had to look for help). Let me tell you this place is super clean and professional. I explained to James that I needed an oil change and also told him of a weird noise I had. He advised me that it would take probably a few hours and if I wanted a free shuttle to my home. I took the shuttle home and in about two hours my truck was ready. When I got dropped off by Floyd the shuttle driver (nice guy by the way), James , again there waiting for me comes up and says it's all ready and that noise , GMC warranty covered it...Oh is that right James, there is such thing as GMC warranty in Canada..I didn't exactly say that to James, but there was no need to. All I knew was that I found a man I could trust and a new dealer to work with. Thanks James! As soon as I bring my Jeep from Miami I know I have a place for her too. More

All the service reps are excellent - James - Cory Lakewood Chev has been my service company for over 20 years and I have brought in several vehicles. All the service reps are excellent - James - Cory - Erika - Dwayne and Dan. Other dealerships could learn a lot from Lakewood customer service - they are always in good moods, they always remember you and are very helpful and most of them have stayed for years. The mechanics have always returned my vehicles clean and everything was done properly. The cashiers are on top of everything and are very pleasant. I tell everyone I know to buy a Chev or GMC or to use Lakewood for service. Always a pleasure ! More
