I love these guys! I went in and bought my very first car off these guys and honestly I wont be looking further when I get my next one. The owner was there when I bought I went in and bought my very first car off these guys and honestly I wont be looking further when I get my next one. The owner was there when I bought my car and he treated me like family. I sat down with their finances girl and she was amazing she explained everything to me. I went in incredibly nervous and left without any qualms. Since then I've gone in several times for oil changes and a few minor issues they've been fixed without any issues, quickly and completely. I've dealt with a few of the mechanics guys and while I've enjoyed my interactions with each of them James has been by far my favorite he's gone out of his way on multiple occasions to explain things to me and teach me how to do things. His warmth and sincerity are awesome this is a man who does his job because he loves it. I've written several reviews for these guys. Always glowing and will continue to do so. I will continue to recommend to all my friends and family that they visit Lakewood, they are awesome! More
