customer service!!!!! I only deal with the Service Dept. so I will only comment on that. the Service Dept is top notch! it doesn't matter who you deal with they are kind an I only deal with the Service Dept. so I will only comment on that. the Service Dept is top notch! it doesn't matter who you deal with they are kind and truly there to do their best for you. They keep you informed on what is going on with your vehicle while its being repaired. My guy is James Logozar he is one of the best Service people I have dealt with. Above Expectations - Over the last month I had to stop in for engine trouble, a leaky tire and an oil change. Not only were the visits fast and efficient (work was done in Over the last month I had to stop in for engine trouble, a leaky tire and an oil change. Not only were the visits fast and efficient (work was done in record time), it was above and beyond the customer service I had even anticipated. James is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the extra steps to make sure as a customer you are looked after. Highly recommend. side note. I once went to another dealership for an oil change near my work and they were obnoxious, pushy and wouldn't give up on trying to up-sell me on new stuff I didn't need. I never did that again and went back to Lakewood. More

Hatchlift won’t open did not fix my issue and still charged me almost $400.00 for diagnosing. Then for another $1500.00 they will replace a part, but won’t guarantee it. T did not fix my issue and still charged me almost $400.00 for diagnosing. Then for another $1500.00 they will replace a part, but won’t guarantee it. This is nonsense, I heard from other people do not take your vehicle to the dealership for they will rob you. So I now have to press my trunk remote at the same time as I pull to open. Most times I have to do it twice. I deal strictly with customer service and lending and I will certainly give them my advice in reference to which vehicles to buy and which not!! More
