Jacob put me at ease with his understanding and flexibility. He keep my car for me despite constant calls inquirng about the car. Three weeks late, I finally picked it up. I was late and beyond TABs closing time but once again, Jacobs flexibility came through. Fast forward a couple weeks after driving the car, I ran into a mechanical issue. Jacob took care of me. I’ve gone through many vehicle purchases over the years but by far, this has been the best experience. Jacob treated me like a friend not a sale. I appreciate that. TAB was the only place that had mint condition vehicles in a clean and professional environment with solid staff. Rudik and Jacob were a pleasure to deal with. Jacob even went the extra mile to make sure that I got my desired interest rate and term for my vehicle when the odds were pretty low for the 2011 I was interested in.
