To new customer, DO NOT agree to add Rust proofing by the time you purchase your car. Black dots is coming on my front windshield from inside because of the rust proofing was not done perfectly ( after the time you purchase your car. Black dots is coming on my front windshield from inside because of the rust proofing was not done perfectly ( after being inspected from other Toyota dealer - have it in written and they refused to fix the issue and suggested to go back to the original dealership - ). I went there about three times and every time they were not able to fix it. Every winter I am having the same issue and they are not able to fix it and giving me a random reasons ( what a service ) First time I went there it was a few months after purchasing my 2021 vehicle !! More

I have had a very bad experience with Toyota On The Park Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boot Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boother is highly unprofessional and extremely curt with customers. She often wears low cut blouses. I ask, is she actually selling service or herself to the customers. She has yelled at me many times and not willing to service my vehicle. She is highly unpleasant person to deal with. They decided to wash my car without informing me that there might be scratches on my car and that they would not be held responsible. I find this quite appalling. Again, I would urge everyone not to deal with this location, in particular with the Service Department, as all the technicians are extremely unprofessional and not helpful, including Jack, the Foreman. They claim that my car has no issues, whereas, there are issues with my car constantly. It constantly makes a lot of noise and the break does not work well. I have been complaining to them for nearly 5-months and they will not fix my car. When they changed my tires from Summer to Winter tires, they have done a very bad job purposely so that they will not service my vehicle again. The Service Manager contacted me today and told me that he is not willing to service my car ever again and emphasized that I should go to a different dealership, as he claimed that I was rude to his staff, whereas, they have been extremely rude to me for the last 5-months and have not been helpful to me at all. I hope this review will make everyone not to ever go to this location.. More

The Dealership has a couple of huge assets like Alisha and Hon which are very helpful and understanding. the head Mechanic Jack is one of the assets. giving a ride to your residence or work and pickup is and Hon which are very helpful and understanding. the head Mechanic Jack is one of the assets. giving a ride to your residence or work and pickup is very efficient. Car rental is on-site which is very convenient. I am very comfortable doing my services there. More

I waited because delay in production but was well worth it! I have dealt with Toyota products for years and never disappointed!Have corollas Lexus Four Runners and now a Hybrid!Its a gem! I have been servicing my 17 yr old Camry there since purchased. They knew the car inside out and managed to fix my problem, without me having to spend an exhorbitant amount of money. I have no doubt I was wise to keep servicing it there. More
