They don't care about you after the sale If I could give negative stars, I would. This was my first time buying a car, I brought a preowned vehicle. I was excited because it had a lot of new If I could give negative stars, I would. This was my first time buying a car, I brought a preowned vehicle. I was excited because it had a lot of new features that I've never had in a car. However, less than 2 weeks with the car and the rearview camera already broke, the screen just went black. I contacted the sales representative, Ishwar, and he told me there was nothing they could do. He didn't even offer suggestions or try to help. He hasn't even responded to the last messages that I wrote to him. I fully understand that technology fails, but it is upsetting that they sold me a car with certain features, expect you to pay for those features, and less than 2 weeks with the car, those features break and they tell me they can't do anything about it. I find it appalling that they can't even stand behind the cars that they sell to you. Once you drive off the lot, you are NOTHING to them!!!!!!!!!! NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! More

When I met him first time for my second new Ishwar is a great salesman with pleasant and welcoming personality. He is very reliable and trust worthy. When I met him first time for my second new car from this dealer, he showed me the available cars with features and price according to my budget and choice. I chose one car but my family didn’t like the colour. “No Problem”, Ishwar said. He searched hard for the same kind of car from other dealers for the colour every one of us liked and bought the car at this location for us. He also kept me updated from the first time I met him to the delivery of the new car. Everyone is happy. My family loves the service and the new car from Ishwar. More
