Terrible communication kept truck 4 days for a 10 minute fix. Didn’t get results until I got the service manager involved charged more for the part than their parts dept quoted me charged $315 labor to ins fix. Didn’t get results until I got the service manager involved charged more for the part than their parts dept quoted me charged $315 labor to install a wireless ignition node google it it takes 10 minutes to complete. I’ve been to this dealership multiple times trying to fix that same issue. Every time they tell me that they’ll have to keep the truck for days without offering an alternative transportation option. That wou that same issue. Every time they tell me that they’ll have to keep the truck for days without offering an alternative transportation option. That would be fine if they fixed it the first time. I’ve tried calling and leaving messages with this employee without any response or assistance with this issue. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and my truck still doesn’t run right. No staff member can give me any answers or seem knowledgeable enough to determine the problem. More
