I went in to Capital Toyota on 2/26/25 for an oil change and tire rotation to my 2018 Toyota CAMRY. I was greeted by the service staff immediately after arriving at the dealership. Brody was very profession and tire rotation to my 2018 Toyota CAMRY. I was greeted by the service staff immediately after arriving at the dealership. Brody was very professional and assisted me in getting my 88 year old mother to the waiting area and seated her comfortably. The lady who called me to set up my appointment was also very professional. Sarah is her name I think. Also we were in and out in less than 30 minutes!!! Thank you Toyota Staff!!!! More

I have been doing business with Capital Toyota for several years, and this is my 3rd vehicle from them. They always shoot straight with me when I’m buying from/trading in vehicles with them. I can’t imagine buying any vehicle that isn’t a Toyota, and I wouldn’t dream of going to another dealership. Curry is definitely their best salesman. We live in South Georgia right at the GA/FL line app. 30 minutes from Jacksonville and traveled to see my parents at Cloudland Canyon this week. About an hour away from our destination, we ran over somet 30 minutes from Jacksonville and traveled to see my parents at Cloudland Canyon this week. About an hour away from our destination, we ran over something in the road in the middle of no where, in the pouring rain, when it was pitch black outside, and got a flat tire! The nearest Toyota Dealership, was Capital Toyota, so I called and was transferred to Gwen. I am SO glad I was!!! Gwen was so nice, compassionate, and PATIENT with me!!! I explained our situation and mishaps and she worked to get us scheduled with a new tire and wheel, so we could travel back home. She told me to ask for Brody when I came in and I'm glad she referred me to him, because he was also SO wonderful to work with!!! Brody kept me informed on when the part would be in, got everything taken care of, and got us back on the road so we could head back home on time!!! Being over 7 hours away from my "home" toyota dealership was stressful, but Gwen and Brody made this a very enjoyable experience!!!!! Thank you SO very much to you both!!! (All the staff were friendly and welcoming when I walked in also!) From this experience, I would definitely recommend anyone to Capital Toyota for all their service and repairs!!
