This starts with George Hill, the General Manager, and is then reflected in the Sales person I worked with , Martin Menzies, knowledgeable and delighted to answer any questions you have, and Pete Jolly from Service. 4 hours before I picked up my car I emailed Erinwood to say I wanted to add a set of snow tires they had on offer. As it was December 17th and everyone wanted to change over their tires I fully expected I would need to make a return visit to get this done, but no, I got a return reply confirming that the tires would be on the car when I picked it up. I had visited two other Ford dealers before I arrived at Erinwood Ford and I am extremely happy I took this extra step. If you are in the market for a car I would encourage you to visit Erinwood.
