After an exhausting day of visiting several dealerships in Toronto I stumbled upon Scarborough Toyota on my way home. Upon arriving I was greeted by reception and then introduced to Manny. He greeted me and proceeded to ask me questions about my needs. I broke down everything I wanted and introduced me to the Corolla. I went for a test drive and I loved it. I sat down with him to go over the numbers and picked up the car 2 days later. I have NEVER experienced such amazing customer service in my life. Manny is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely caring. He followed up with me throughout the whole process and I could not be happier. I have no problem referring anybody I know to Manny because I know he will take good care of them. More

Damien was very helpful in helping us make the decision. We took a few for a test drive and made our decision from there. Super salesman! We have since brought in our vehicle for service and it is so nice to be able to go online and book your appointment. I was also having some trouble with the latch on the remote for the trunk and we were able to come up with a workable solution in the meantime. Very pleased with the level of service at Scarborough Toyota as well. All around great experience More
