A specific mention is that Randy Grillo was a massive win for this dealership. He's known as the go to guy as he truly cares about his clients and knows the product inside and out. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased off Randy in less than two years . I have had in access of 50 vehicles in my life ranging from all high end brands Porsche 911’s, BMW M’s , Benz’s , Escalades etc and Randy by far has been the best brand ambassador I have ever dealt with , it wasn’t Ford that Sold me into the brand it was Randy . Thanks God I met Brodie. Couldn't imagine someone would call me in 5 minutes after I just sent a simple email like afternoon on Sunday. Then we made an appointment with Brodie right away. Brodie was calm, polite, professional and honest. Some questions I asked about the car, he would answer I don't know if he didn't and then found out the answer for me. End up we decided to purchased the car so we signed the contract. Never regret to drive 2 hours to see the car. Brodie also arranged shuttle to pick me up at rail station the day I picked my car. I felt everything went smoothly and being taken care.
