Humans make mistakes all the time, how they are dealt with though is what matters. deny deny deny is not the right way. Lucky for London Audi they have people like Dustin R and Kevin D on their staff that are working towards salvaging a customer. We have two more pre-paid services remaining at London Audi, those will determine if this is our first or last Audi purchased. A word of caution though Audi Canada finds it an acceptable burn rate of oil is 7.5 litres per oil change. They find it acceptable to burn more oil than your motor can hold during the course of the 15,000km oil change interval. When an oil change costs $260 I don’t find it acceptable to have to pay another $110 it top up oil just to make it to the next service interval. More
