The Sad part about Francesca is that she looks into your eyes and makes you feel you can trust her when the reality is another. And Gemma Urbina the financial manager for this deal is a total fraudster, tel eyes and makes you feel you can trust her when the reality is another. And Gemma Urbina the financial manager for this deal is a total fraudster, tells you the car has coverages that it doesn't have, then she makes you rush to NOT read the contract and just keep signing fast, then she lies about what you are signing and when you leave and read the contract are confronted with the worse deal of your life and with $7000 in packages she added that you wont need and are over priced and with extremely high buyout option, and Gema also denied me the 12k miles I want it per year, she lied saying the only lease for 10k or less. The sales Person Francesca also told me that a second electronic key was supposed to arrived 2 weeks after because at the moment they have a shortage but in the contract she put she gave me 2 keys and when I emailed her asking to fix this, she refused to answer my questions like a scammer would do. Oh and please don't trust that Ceramic protection the dealer claims to give, it is a sham, is done poorly taking away any benefits from it. In regards to the car the RX350 basic FWD came with car play defects, a malfunction back seat and the reality is that you have to fill up the gas tank after 100 miles on ECO and only driving up to 40 miles speed.
