Remember that great GEICO insurance ad campaign about 15yrs. ago, featuring the Neanderthal dropped into modern life, with the tagline "so easy, a caveman can do it?" Well, doing business with Garrett Ox 15yrs. ago, featuring the Neanderthal dropped into modern life, with the tagline "so easy, a caveman can do it?" Well, doing business with Garrett Oxnaes (Internet Sales Manager) and David Bayan (Finance Manager) at Elk Grove Mazda... is just like that. In 25+ yrs. of buying vehicles, this was one of the most professional and effortless transactions I've ever experienced. From start to finish, Garrett was uber-responsive and went above and beyond to bring the final deal across the finish line. And let's be honest, no one really enjoys the final stop at the F&I office. But David completely shatters the "hard sell" stereotype. He was efficient, attentive, fair, and just a decent guy. Should my wife and I have any future Mazda needs, our search will start at Elk Grove Mazda.
