It took 5 full days to get my truck back for spark plugs, oil & filter, and front wheel bearings that were in stock I had an appointment and dropped it off the night before. Kara is the best, most helpful and beautifulist advisor employed there. Will be proposing soon. The service crew replaced my front window in about 30 min. That’s pretty fast. I had to take my car there to check the tires as the tire pressure was low after it was just serviced a few months back. The next day, my husband found 2 nails in the back tire and they only plugged one and pressure was low after it was just serviced a few months back. The next day, my husband found 2 nails in the back tire and they only plugged one and said the other wasn’t leaking. The day after that, it said low tire pressure again and I got in touch with the service manager and asked them why they didn’t plug the other nail and we ended up getting another tire. In 2 years, we have bought 6 tires from them. And when I got it serviced this year, they marked the tread on the tires as green, when the computer showed them all in the yellow. Now the tread on the other 2 tires is 4-5, so we’ll have to replace those. I wouldn’t recommend Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for tires. More
