This was the worst experience ever. Frank Marsala, their Sales Manager, is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have dealt with in a professional setting. Having been a custome Frank Marsala, their Sales Manager, is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have dealt with in a professional setting. Having been a customer for many years, I never expected this type of service, where I was rudely insulted by this person and no one at the dealer seemed to be concerned with or responded to my complaint. I contacted the dealership and left a message for the Andre Armani and was recently treated poorly and insulted by the Sales Manager, Frank Marsala. I contacted the dealership and left a message for the Andre Armani who did not even have the courtesy to contact me. He was also spoken to by the sales representative with whom I dealt with and was made aware of the situation. I am disappointed and appalled that it is apparent that this individual's behavior is supported by management, at least that is the appearance. I would not know otherwise, since I was a long-standing customer that deserved at least a phone call. More
