I have been using the Infiniti of Westborough Dealership for the last couple of years. I can’t say enough good things about them. Ferdy Franco has been my assigned Service Manager since day 1 and I am truly for the last couple of years. I can’t say enough good things about them. Ferdy Franco has been my assigned Service Manager since day 1 and I am truly grateful and happy to have him working with me on my vehicles. He is a stand up guy that is always polite, knowledgeable and happy to see me when I come in. He greets me at my door, and will then confirm why I am in for service and ask if I have any other concerns. As he walks me to the waiting area, lets me know that I will receive a text and calls about my service and when it’s done. My last visit was for my back breaks. The service technician takes a video as he walks through my car providing the detail he is seeing for both front and back and lets me know what is needed and recommended. At which point I am able to discuss the price with Ferdy. Once the service is done, I receive a text with the completed information and either Ferdy will get me in the waiting room, or call me if he knows I’ve left the dealership. If I need a loaner, which I did this last time, they provide new, clean, full of gas vehicle that makes me very thankful I am a customer at their dealership. They always wash my vehicle and make it feel like it’s brand new again. I’ve never had anything but wonderful care at this dealership where I know that when I leave, I’m not only happy, but I feel safe in my vehicle. More
