We entered the dealership an met this fine gentleman by the name of Ryan he was no pressure he listened to what he was looking for. Within 15 minutes my stepson found what he was looking for an test driving it .Ryan then sat down with us an gave us a history of lakewood policy an did everything in his power to give us a great deal. Within 24 hours my stepson was driving off the lot in his 2011 chevrolet silverado extended cab. Then after all his happiness with service My wife an I came back an seen Ryan 3 days later an ourselves bought a 2013 from him as well chevrolet silverado ltz he worked his but off getting us a great deal. I will fully refer him to all my friends an business colleagues as this gentleman goes above an beyond to give his customers the satisfaction n happiness they deserve. Thanks Ryan More

He treated me respectfully and put me at ease. He asked questions about the vehicle I was driving now and what I was looking for in a new vehicle. Dan set me at ease and we chatted amicably. He showed me a couple of vehicles.and then introduced me to Lucky Luppal. Lucky and I hit it off right away. Our sense of humor matched. Lucky went with me for a test drive, and Dan and Lucky helped me to come to an amicable resolution on a trade in and purchase. Great service, know their cars (beyond the look pretty aspect), friendly people, and choices. He found the right vehicle for me and made sure it fit my needs and budget. I was introduced to the team at Lakewood and they all treated me like a friend and customer, not an adversary. My experience in the business office was excellent as well, Erin was professional, concise, and efficient.
