Customer service and expediency was great. Linda was very helpful for an out of town buyer, she sent a long video of the entire vehicle which was very informative. When I arrived to pick it up Linda was very helpful for an out of town buyer, she sent a long video of the entire vehicle which was very informative. When I arrived to pick it up the truck was clean and ready to go with a full tank of gas. After the sale, I realized there was only one key set. I called and Linda arranged to send one out to me and have it programmed here at the dealerships expense. Erin was very efficient and knowledgable with the financing as well as extremely helpful recommending and then helping move the insurance forward. The entire experience was friendly fast and efficient. I love my new truck. More

Erin took very good care of us in finance and managed to get us $1300 + refund on our extended warranty. We picked up the truck on Saturday. Nicole helped us set up Onstar, gave us another round of the vehicle then we toured the parts and service area. She also showed us where we could get the vehicle touched up in case of rock chips. Why you ask, was it like visiting a great aunt? Every time we visited we were warmly welcomed and they all tried to feed us or provide something to drink. The whole experience was both pleasant and fun. More
