He made me feel confident in that he would work for me to get a somewhat reduced price on the 2013 ATS that I was wanting to purchase. He even introduced me to Lucky and that reassure me that I knew the team that would be involved in my purchasing. Erin Healy is the finance expert that Sean set me up with. She was quick, to the point and did some extra leg work on fitting me into the vehicle. I didn't have to wait very long for her to get a couple of financial institution responses for me to choose from. I will, and have been recommending Lakewood Chev to my friends and family here in Edmonton. More

Sean Simon was extremely helpful from the moment I first inquired to the moment I left the dealership! he responded to my online inquires without hesitation and he went out of his way to find the exact truck I was looking for (2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country). Erin Healy in finance was also an absolute sweetheart to do business with, she helped me keep my payments comfortable while ensuring that I got the truck of my dreams with the add-ons I needed at my request. Sean, Erin and Jim worked late for me on October 31st/2017 to ensure that I would be approved for a loan and that I would get the %20 MSRP savings deal that would expire that night. They were nothing but kind and helpful to me. They answered all of my questions and were more than accommodating to my needs considering I am located four hours out of town. Sean and Erin made sure to put on my extra accessories on just in time for me to pick up my new truck and i was given a pretty cool tour of my truck. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything and everyone was very open and honest about everything. Kelsey followed up with me on every step and made sure i was aware of the vehicles history and made sure the deal is in my favor. Darlene took care of the plates and interior cleaning of the car and did an excellent job. Erin took care of the finances and i had an awesome experience.
