Bought a new 2024 GMC Canyon Denali through the dealership, everything was great until the point I actually took delivery of it. Had my previous vehicle written off, while I waited for insurance t dealership, everything was great until the point I actually took delivery of it. Had my previous vehicle written off, while I waited for insurance to get everything taken care of they got me into a loaner until my truck was ready which was really good on their part and was definitely appreciated. When I picked the truck up, one of the tires had low air pressure, not a huge deal, but if I'm buying a vehicle I would think something like that would be taken care of ahead of time before the customer actually takes delivery. Had PPF installed through the dealership as well, not even 2 weeks later I noticed a couple spots with bubbling/lifting, have taken it in already for an inspection for them to fix the issues as well as do a Peace Of Mind inspection on the leveling kit that I also had them install. After picking it up I noticed the spots were missed and nothing had been done, the Peace of mind inspection also wasn't done. It was missing the front floor mats and second key, which I did receive at a later date. Had a tonneau cover installed as part of the deal, unfortunately the one that was installed wasn't the one I had picked out. Apparently they revert back to the one they installed even though it was about $500 less, cause that's their "go to" tonneau cover. When I asked about this, I was told I paid a lower amount, but that lower price didn't drop my payment any, so I don't know how I paid less without actually paying less. I previously reached out to the GM Erik about these issues and that's when I was booked in for the appointment for the inspections, afterwards I reached out again to give an update on the things that's were missed/not done and haven't heard back since, which has been over a month at this point. Do not buy a vehicle from this company! Where to start… was told my $45,500 vehicle was basically mint. I live in vernon 10hrs away from them. I went to go get my vehicle… once I got there I noticed the tr was told my $45,500 vehicle was basically mint. I live in vernon 10hrs away from them. I went to go get my vehicle… once I got there I noticed the truck was scratched horribly they gave me the fobe key only to find that one did not work. After we discussed these matters I took the vehicle home. I FOUND OUT HALF WAY TO BC I HAD ZERO BRAKE LIGHTS OR INDICATORS.. I found out the person that sold me my car was not registered to sell cars under Alberta government. I asked for a refund cause I had the 30 days they had said I had. BUTTTTT they turned around and said now I don’t have 30 days. And they don’t want to do anything about these problems. It’s been a nightmare Do not buy a vehicle from this company! The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Erik is among the most dishonest and deceitful in this industry and his sales associate Amer played right along. I put a deposit down on dealership. Erik is among the most dishonest and deceitful in this industry and his sales associate Amer played right along. I put a deposit down on a truck and they offered it to another customer for a test drive. Then when I called them out for how illegal that was, they tried to forget all about it and move to closing the deal. Then they lied about regulations and refused to sell me the vehicle in cash to try and squeeze extra financing money out of me when I communicated I was ready and willing to drop almost 100k. CASH. Will be reporting them to AMVIC. More

Unfortunately no accountability, clearly lacking customer service skills and ability to follow up and own an issue. I have yet to receive a truck that I am paying for and literally am chasing for updates da service skills and ability to follow up and own an issue.
