We came looking for a specific car that was unavailable, but Erik was very knowledgeable and advised us to look at something different, which we were happy with. He was very efficient, we didn't have to wait long, and he was ready to answer all our questions. Our disappointment started when we began the paperwork. Even though Erik said we could use a credit card as a payment method, we could not. We were manipulated into financing the car we planned to buy in cash. The rate was over 8% (I have a credit score of over 830), and they advertise their rate as 6.99%.). I was assured that it would not affect the payoff amount, but it did, and in the end, I lost over $300. Loyalty and honesty are very important to me, and this is not what I feel about the service offered at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Most likely, I will recommend the dealership to my friends, but I will be very open about my experience. One more thing: I was provided only one key, without a key case, and was told I would receive a phone call or an email within two weeks to pick up the other. It's been more than two weeks, and I have not heard from anyone about the keys. That is a value of about $800 between the key and the two key cases I paid for but do not have in my possession. More
