I have been in the Automotive Industry for 10 years, started as a cashier at a GM Dealership, over time on the course of my 7 years there, I transitioned to Service Administrator booking appointments and looking after the internal accounts on vehicles being Safety for Sale. Currently I am at 3 years working at a Toyota Dealership, where I am a Service Advisor. I have been working hard to establish a new way of providing a Service for my customers, that only by working on this field, a person is able to mold to benefit the Service that suits better for individual needs. Customers are very important, helps us to outgrow our line or work around such a competitive market, so nurturing and caring for a customer's vehicle as if it was your own, enhances the experience to a satisfactory level that creates connections that can last for a long time. Hope I can continue dedicating my services to the people that come to see me!!

Very accommodating to us, especially seeing that we are from out of town by an hour. Very understanding when we arrived early. Did everything possible to get the scheduled work completed in a timely manner from out of town by an hour. Very understanding when we arrived early.
