I have been in the Automotive Industry for 10 years, started as a cashier at a GM Dealership, over time on the course of my 7 years there, I transitioned to Service Administrator booking appointments and looking after the internal accounts on vehicles being Safety for Sale. Currently I am at 3 years working at a Toyota Dealership, where I am a Service Advisor. I have been working hard to establish a new way of providing a Service for my customers, that only by working on this field, a person is able to mold to benefit the Service that suits better for individual needs. Customers are very important, helps us to outgrow our line or work around such a competitive market, so nurturing and caring for a customer's vehicle as if it was your own, enhances the experience to a satisfactory level that creates connections that can last for a long time. Hope I can continue dedicating my services to the people that come to see me!!

I have been dealing with Toyotatown for decades and they have never disappointed me. Several vehicles and many years of service later, I visited for a tire switch out and oil change recently. Enna was great at accomodating my changing needs from shuttle to overnight drop off and being able to settle the bill directly with her, over the phone to pick up the vehicle at my own convenience.
