I have been in the Automotive Industry for 10 years, started as a cashier at a GM Dealership, over time on the course of my 7 years there, I transitioned to Service Administrator booking appointments and looking after the internal accounts on vehicles being Safety for Sale. Currently I am at 3 years working at a Toyota Dealership, where I am a Service Advisor. I have been working hard to establish a new way of providing a Service for my customers, that only by working on this field, a person is able to mold to benefit the Service that suits better for individual needs. Customers are very important, helps us to outgrow our line or work around such a competitive market, so nurturing and caring for a customer's vehicle as if it was your own, enhances the experience to a satisfactory level that creates connections that can last for a long time. Hope I can continue dedicating my services to the people that come to see me!!

I had a rumble strip noise from the front after a maintenance service. I couldn't go back as I had the last appointment on the day and the dealership was closing. Enna was vary accommodating when I r maintenance service. I couldn't go back as I had the last appointment on the day and the dealership was closing. Enna was vary accommodating when I reported the issue and arranged to take a look in the morning on the next business day itself. Apparently it was a feathered tire. Very happy with the way Enna dealt with the situation. More
