Excellent customer service from sales to finance to administrative staff with a warm welcome given. Their positive look and approach to understand the requirements and work a mutual way with the custom administrative staff with a warm welcome given. Their positive look and approach to understand the requirements and work a mutual way with the customer was awesome. Excellent team from Patrick, Nelson, Ed, George, Stalin, Noah and others too involved. The entire process took me approx 3 hours max including test drive etc. highly recommended for a great team they have. Three cheers to Kia Of Wesley Chapel team !!! 👍 More

Ray was great, he worked with me for a couple of months while we toyed with the decision to buy or not. Did eventually buy from him and he was wonderful to work with. This is our third Optima over 15 yea while we toyed with the decision to buy or not. Did eventually buy from him and he was wonderful to work with.
