There was an advetised Honda, white, year ''21 CRV EX advertised for After seeing a Honda CRV EX, year '21 with white exterior and low miles of around 26,000 advertised on CAR FAX , I drove to Ric advertised for After seeing a Honda CRV EX, year '21 with white exterior and low miles of around 26,000 advertised on CAR FAX , I drove to Rick Case Acura to see it. I arrived around 10 a.m. and was promptly introduced to Mr. Edney Francis, a sales associate who was wonderful. I liked the car and the offer for my old car was very fair so I did want to buy the car. The dealership was busy, and I had to wait until approximately 1 p.m before Mr. Singara escorted me to the financial office. Mr.Singara handed me a set of 3 papers and told me to look each one over and sign the provided tablets. Nothing was explained as had been at other Rick Case dealers I had been to while trying to see what was available in my price range. THE FIRST PAPER PRESENTED TO ME BY MR. SINGARA WAS "ITEMIZATION OF AMOUNT FINANCED". THE FIRST LINE READ: "1. CASH PRICE (INCLUDING $1,507.70 .......................sales tax..$27,827.70. " WHEN ONE SUBTRACTS THE TAX THE ANSWER IS $26,320., WHICH I ASSUME IS THE BASE PRICE PRIOR TO ANYTHING ADDED. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE CAR FAX PRICE OF $24,993. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT I WAS OVERCHARGED BY $1.327. UNFORTUNATLY I DID NOT CATCH THIS, AND THAT IS A LESSON FOR ME. DID THIS DEALERSHIP MAKE A MISTAKE? WAS THE CAR FAX PRICE MISREPRESENTED? DID I MAKE A MISTAKE????? I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT AT ALL. I AM 85 YEARS OLD AND HAVE HEARD ABOUT SCAMS, MISREPREENTED PRICES, AND ADDED COSTS TO CARS BUT DID NOT HAVE THAT EXPERIENCE WHEN DEALING WITH 2 OTHER RICK CASE DEALERS IN MY CAR SEARCH. THINGS WERE EXPLAINED TO ME. IT'S A LESSON LEARNED TO TAKE PICTURE OF CAR FAX AD, TAKE IT TO THE DEALER, TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU, TAKE A CALCULATOR AND WALK OUT IF IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF AND IN THE DEALERSHIP. More

They were all so amazing and easy to work with and so open to negotiating on price, service add-ons, etc… I would highly recommend this specific dealership in Fort Lauderdale as they are absolutely amazing! We leases our vehicle but in 3 years we will definitely go back and get a new vehicle or buy this Acura MDX beauty outright! I want everyone to know, I am not writing this review out of obligation, but because I genuinely believe in my heart that I bought into a family!
