SHADY DEALERSHIP! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, RUDE MANAGEMENT. let's start that I contacted them for a Nissan GTR T spec green that they are showing on their webpage as being FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, RUDE MANAGEMENT. let's start that I contacted them for a Nissan GTR T spec green that they are showing on their webpage as being $169K sales price, the MSRP of the vehicle is $144k so that's already $25k over MSRP which is the common on this vehicle I contacted them and this guy named Brian Spells contacted me. I asked several times if the vehicle is available, and claims it is! They send me the price of the vehicle being $200k sales price with nothing else on it, not even MSRP value or itemization of their chargers to get to that price (IDK how is that even legal) I asked to be contacted. and it was almost impossible for them to contact me, I had to call them, and even then after talking to three different people and explain everything once again still nobody picked the phone! When I was finally called By this guy named Javier That claims to be a manager on the store with an attitude from the BEGINNING of the call! saying that if we are not paying their $200k price, we are just wasting his time to me giving him a counteroffer of $179K and saying the same thing. To find out the car is NOT available, it's already SOLD, and Javier said they are trying to sell it UNDER whoever bought it! I asked to Speak to his GSM or GM and only said He was the last person I will speak to. And HUNG UP THE PHONE! if they are like this with customers trying to buy special cars OVER MSRP, I can't imagine how they are with their regular customers! More

Or how about they calling you telling you that all you're wiring had to be changed and put on different because it looked like they watched YouTube and did it And then they call you until you to pick your ca wiring had to be changed and put on different because it looked like they watched YouTube and did it And then they call you until you to pick your car up and they don't hook 2 groundwires up to your motor and burn your electrical system out That's after they did to a diagnostics to my car to tell me what was wrong with my That means I paid twice I think they did 3 but it only charged me for 2 Then they let me drive the car home on the gas line Ian burn my rest of my electrical system out again I need a lawyer anybody out there wants to help And I have pictures videos recording of them talking to me Every part that was on my motor was brand new including the upper oil Pan that they cracked I took my motor up there because it didn't run the other place did hook it up wrong I knew it was hooked up wrong that's why I took it to Western Nissan well after they call me and tell me that it is hooked up wrong that they're going to fix it for me And even told me that it was going to put brand new gaskets on there and it's gonna cost me $50 per gasket and it was a lot of gaskets they didn't even do that they didn't even tell me they didn't do that Jose will lie to you the service department will lie They don't even check after themselves when they're fixing a car they'll let you drive away with gas leaking More
