Hey Avery, Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed account of your experience with our store. We wish it was obviously under better circumstance. First off we would like to apologize for the fact that you did not feel any remorse on behalf of Eddie while you were dealing with the battery issues. It is unfortunate as behind the scenes he was the main individual trying to ensure that your battery was replaced but that was clearly not conveyed until the very end which is our fault. We dropped the ball and I'd like to apologize for that. I can assure you that the vehicle was not delivered to you with the expectation that it would not run later that night. Our 48 hour return policy is a way that we help combat unforeseen issues with all of our used vehicles. Not only do we promote it on Facebook and Instagram but also in front of the dealership so that our clients are aware of this privilege. Even though we replaced the battery and sent the vehicle to Nissan for a second opinion to put you more at ease; we can absolutely understand that you no longer felt confident in the vehicle which is why I am glad we have such a return policy. It is a NO-RISK way to purchase a used vehicle and is our way to protect the consumer in these types of situations. Either way; we apologize for all the undue stress that this experience caused you. It is not acceptable and is not the way we have built a positive reputation for over 60 years in this community. Purchasing a vehicle should be a pleasant and memorable experience and I regret that this purchase did not meet those standards and that you felt as though you were being taken advantage of.
