Dynae was easy to work with, listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, answered my questions thoroughly, and was a pleasure during my whole car buying experience . Honestly, I was close to walking away from the deal due to a negative experience with someone in the finance department— if I’m not mistaken his name is KOLLS he said he’s from Nigeria who came across as arrogant and disrespectful. It was a frustrating moment, but Dynae’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care completely turned things around. She’s the reason I stayed and completed the purchase. We had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. Jonny and Dynae were great to work with. Dynae was responsive and worked diligently to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. She was great at communicating and managing expectations regarding process and delivery. Jonny was incredibly friendly and had a fantastic breadth knowledge of Mercedes (and all cars alike). Once the vehicle was ready for pickup, he ensured that all users were appropriately setup on all apps and systems (Mercedes Me Connect, EZ Pass, etc.). He then walked us through the functionality of both the phone and car-related technologies and features, answering each question with exacting detail. I ended up working with Jonny for nearly 3 hours on pick up day and felt very confident knowing the features of my vehicle upon driving off the lot. The experience and service he provides to clients should not be understated nor overlooked. I would highly recommend this pair and Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. More

I had a superior car buying and delivery experience at this dealership. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted and my sales team of Dynae Danakos and Brad Rafter worked very hard to find it this dealership. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted and my sales team of Dynae Danakos and Brad Rafter worked very hard to find it for me. They made me feel like they were very invested in my satisfaction. It felt more like a partnership than a sales experience - something I have not found before in my car buying experiences at Audi or Lexus. When my car arrived, Jonny Pham spent two hours with me to ensure I fully understood all the capabilities of my new, beautiful car. The dealership was closing but he remained focused on making sure he shared all the important features he wanted me to know. That level of dedication is hard to find - but it was my consistent experience at Mercedes Sudbury. I give this dealership my highest recommendation! More
