The service experience was very good. I gave this rating because I will never buy another car from this dealer after they screwed me royally on a lease purchase. I’m not sure I will ever buy another Lexus as when I wrote to customer they didn’t do anything. The only reason I went for service is because I have 3 free oil changes I had to purchase for a ridiculous amount of money. More
