Our car was totaled so the need for another vehicle was imminent. But, if you have the opportunity to buy a "new" car, a newer Lexus, why would you make a quick decision? So we called Josh (his reputation imminent. But, if you have the opportunity to buy a "new" car, a newer Lexus, why would you make a quick decision? So we called Josh (his reputation preceded him) with our dilemma and gave him our spec preferences so he'd call us when the vehicle arrived at the dealership. It happened sooner than expected, and we actually missed a car that we had prioritized for hesitating. Josh was patient, yet used every conversation to share the benefits of buying from Lexus and worked with us to prioritize our list. His years of experience at Northside ~ that he has worked the dealership from almost every aspect ~ built confidence and respect for his otherwise "cut to the chase," no nonsense manner of speaking. He knows his "stuff!" The weekend we decided "it's now or never" Josh had one car that met our specs (except the color preference) and we left to make the 4-hour drive from North Texas to Northside. Josh met us at the car as we drove into the dealership. The car was beautiful. We were hard pressed to find a flaw in an almost 5-year-old vehicle. Then we learned the car was a one-owner vehicle, purchased and serviced exclusively at Northside. This was the perfect scenario for a buyer who loves the Lexus product, the Lexus brand and Lexus service! Josh knew his buyer, he knew how to appeal to our good senses ~ with relevant content. He left no stone unturned in explaining all aspects of the sale and introduced us to Doug in finance who drew up the paperwork in short time. While we bought a car that weekend, we returned home confident we made a good decision. Did we "steal" the car? (Don't think Lexus is going to let you do that!) But we drove away knowing we got a great value including an extended warranty and we received flawless 5-Star service. As for the color? We have learned to love it! More

Steve Guzman is unprofessional and dishonest. I told him about the rear passenger side tire pressure sensor not working prior to signing. He told me that he would address it but only had air put in the tire. I trusted him to have it fixed and he now says that he misunderstood. This is a lie because I showed him a picture of the sensor not working...prior to signing. I trusted he fixed it but he did not. Secondly, I do not appreciate being called "bro" repeatedly. I have texts to prove as well. I am NOT his bro. I respect Doug in the finance department but as far as I can tell, Steve Guzman will ruin the reputation of the dealership. I even asked if the vehicle could be delivered to my house and said, "they don't really do that." This was a horrible car buying experience thanks to Steve. I will not recommend people buy from Northside Lexus. More
