Recent Purchase I just recently purchased a 2016 Terrain, and was very satisfied with my salesman Justin Parker. This was my first time having Justin as my salespers I just recently purchased a 2016 Terrain, and was very satisfied with my salesman Justin Parker. This was my first time having Justin as my salesperson, and found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and he got me the best deal possible. I had taken my Equinox in for service and decided to brouse the parking lot. I picked out a 2016 Equinox, but found out my daughter had also picked the same vehicle. I didn't want to have the same vehicle as her, so I changed to a Terrain. I am very pleased with my 2016 Terrain, and she is equally as pleased with her 2016 Equinox. The service I receive there is very fast and efficient. I believe this is my 6th purchase from Huron Motor Products, and I will certainly be dealing there again in a few years. More

Most of the staff have been there for years and you get to know them quite easily when you need something. I always recommend HMP to anyone looking for a GM vehicle and none of them have been disappointed with how they were looked after. More

Sorry, It a GM problem, not ours! 2015 Suburban purchased August, received in November. I have a list of issues with the vehicle (Vibrations, drive train issues, squealing brakes, etc 2015 Suburban purchased August, received in November. I have a list of issues with the vehicle (Vibrations, drive train issues, squealing brakes, etc) and each time it has been in to repair them, I get the same answer......"Yes, there is a problem. No we did not fix it". GM seems to have no solution. I call GM and they simply direct me to my dealer for service. GM's final answer is to replace the truck with a new one and I appreciate that, but seems very wasteful to me. Thank You Tim, Don and Ed for your tolerance inputting up with my complaints. More
