This particular Ferman-Mazda Dealership has fantastic communication, as in when I called to inquire about a particular vehicle, they had me set up an appointment time, in which the vehicle was outside an communication, as in when I called to inquire about a particular vehicle, they had me set up an appointment time, in which the vehicle was outside and ready and Andrew was walking out the door to meet me as I drove up.
