He endured that I understood all of the terms of the sale, was honest about his knowledge of the vehicle, and was professional throughout the transaction. I left feeling that we had both made reasonable compromises for the deal. Devin in finance was low pressure regarding add-ons and gave me a good deal on an extended warranty at my request.
