I have purchased about 40 new cars for myself and wife, I hate dealing with salesmen I always get high blood pressure when dealing with them, you make an offer they have to go talk to their manager , come wi hate dealing with salesmen I always get high blood pressure when dealing with them, you make an offer they have to go talk to their manager , come with another offer, I counter then they are back to the manager again, wasted countless hours going back and forth. Went to this dealership the salesman was Derrick Thompson , a great person to deal with, he gave me the trade in value what they would give me for my trade , I made one counter offer which was accepted. when picking the vehicle up Derrick took his time with me and went through all the functions and answered all of my question, very professional,If you’re looking for a new vehicle ask for Derrick you won’t be disappointed . I had the pleasure of Derrick Thompson accompany me through the rigours of getting what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. When a perfect fit couldn’t be located it was agreed a factory order would be needed and again Derrick was there to walk me through the process. Then and there I knew that I found someone who cared for the customer. Upon delivery of the vehicle Derrick spent considerable time in the car reviewing all the vehicle’s options and workings. He didn’t leave until he was satisfied that I was happy with both his comments and the vehicle in general. And a big shout out to new dad, Mathew Cuna. Mathew had all the after sales paperwork lined up and ready to go when the vehicle was finally picked up. All in all a most satisfactory time spent with these two TEAM Chrysler representatives. Horrible customer service I am not one to complain or call people out, but I am disgusted in how my family was treated, especially by Karl Braunstein. Was told by DERRICK THOMPSON the truck we bought would be good for towing and the tires were new. The tires were not new and started bubbling a WEEK later and when we brought it back, KARL BRAUNSTEIN said there was nothing wrong with them and then questioned making a sale to a young guy in the first place. I wish he hadn't approved the sale bc then we wouldn't be going through this. THE TIRES WERE BUBBLING????????? Thank you for taking your PAYING CUSTOMERS SAFTY into consideration. Oh and also the tires were NOT rated for hauling anything. They took the bubbling tire off (only replaced the one tire for us) and put the bubbling tire (flipped around so you couldn't see the bubbling) on ANOTHER SALES VEHICLE. Beware before buying here. More

2014 Ram Ecodiesel Being self employed every decision you make has to be the right one or it's going to cost you! That's the situation I found myself in when we moved to Being self employed every decision you make has to be the right one or it's going to cost you! That's the situation I found myself in when we moved to Shelburne. The cost of fuel and the amount of tools and equipment I was lugging back and forth to the city everyday was killing me. I needed to do something and fast! TEAM CHRYSLER TO THE RESCUE! I spend weeks if not months researching every single utility/commercial vehicle I could find on the web, crunching numbers, fuel economy, cargo room, features and comforts and finally settled on a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. (BTW this thing gets better fuel mileage than my 2010 Caravan!). I bought the vehicle used with what I would consider high miles, took it for a test drive with Derrick and fell in love with the truck. This thing is my office on wheels so it needs to be comfortable as well as dependable and so far this Ram checks all the boxes. Derrick Thompson my sales person was quick to point out that the truck had a minor oil leak around the timing chain cover but it would be fixed before I took delivery. On the day of pick up I found out it WAS NOT fixed because parts where back ordered (kinda bummed me out) However Derrick had already arrange for me to bring the truck back in a week, arranged for a rental van (2017 Grand Caravan GT) . Before I could get back the main ECM failed on the truck and I had to get the truck towed in (Keep in mind this is AFTER THE SALE). Derrick seen me walk in the dealership and was immediately concerned that I was back so soon. I explained to him what happened and that I was pissed this was happening already and with out a hesitation Derrick personally walked me over the the service rep Shane Marion and connected me with "Jeanine I think was her name" anyway, with in less than 30 minutes my truck was being looked at and I had a rental vehicle waiting for me all courtesy Team Chrysler! Amazing customer service! My trucks been in for 3 days now still not done with repairs but in fairness they did say it would be approximately 1 week. Most dealers wouldn't even admit that you need these parts let a lone fix them for you. Absolute VIP service all the way! More
