I brought my truck in for service for an engine light and rough running .Jaimee Scully checked it in and told me they would call when they found anything. got a call a few hours later and the tech said it wa rough running .Jaimee Scully checked it in and told me they would call when they found anything. got a call a few hours later and the tech said it was the injectors but he was going to do some more digging. I get a call from jaimee a few hours later and they suggest I change all 8 injectors i agreed and asked her to send me the quote for the work to my email. two days go by and no quote so i call and get her voice mail and tell her i have not received the quote . 2 days later she tells me my truck would be done that day witch was Friday. I got a call at 3pm that there was a problem with the high pressure fuel pump and I informed that i have not even received the quote for the injectors yet and now she wants to add more to my bill . it was at this time i had enough and lost my temper after she told me what the bill was going to be $4700 and change. i told her i have no options at this point you kind of already did the work. she told me it would be ready for pickup in one hour so i went to the dealer and they had me waiting for 45 min and told me there was another problem with wiring harness and they would have to order parts .almost a week later i get a call from the service manager that i would probably need a new engine. that was after they just put almost $5k of service into the truck .this dealer is not worth the time and money only interest in milking every penny out of you . Finance guy was nice but felt pressured in getting extra protection plans which after reading doesn't tell me much other than what it doesn't cover. There’s always some sort of issue with service. The service manager is extremely condescending and unhelpful for anything, Always. Mechanics recommend expensive, unnecessary parts and services all the time, don’t diagnose problem after several visits, and refuse to do necessary work, even when specifically requested. Complete lack of customer service. Gave them one last chance & they lied to my face about a very obvious problem & ignored another. Perfect place to go if you enjoy burning $100 bills, several at a time, then go on with your life, with nothing for it. They told me I need and entire power steering system, then no, you don’t. Needed brakes same day they were replaced, ignition coils replaced when it was the BATTERY, need to REMOVE the BUMPER to see openly visible area under it, refusing to acknowledge their other dealership in Sherwood Park documented doing a warranty repair that they did NOT do. And ignore you until the end of day thinking you will just pay and leave. Then the shop manager tells the advisor to change the paperwork after they give it to you, right in front of you!!! None of the service advisors ever call you back when they are “going to check into” something. You have to chase them. Whoever they need to speak to ALWAYS went home early, whether it’s the manager, an advisor, or the tech. ALWAYS. They have NEVER correctly diagnosed, nor fixed, a single thing, with numerous visits, but charge excessively every single time. I did speak to the previous dealership manager. He wasted over an hour of my time, while he chatted with staff, after a scheduled appointment time, then spent the entire conversation on his computer, then did nothing but offer to sell my vehicle for less than 1/3 of its value. Never responded after. More
