From the moment that we walked in to the time we picked up our Ford Escape, we were pleased. Dee is a professional in every sense of the word. We have bought and sold (trade-in) cars and dealt with many sales personnel. Dee tops them all! Friendly, courteous, businesslike, Dee made us comfortable in buying from the moment we approached him. Dee answered our questions and is extremely knowledgeable about cars, particularly about Ford. It truly was a pleasure meeting and buying a car from Dee. We both were totally satisfied and highly recommend Dee Menon. Dee is the best! Dee gets six (6) stars. I realize that five is the top, but Dee is worth six. More

Both Happy & Sad I am verysatisfied with the service I received from my Salesperson Dee Menon and Financial Rep Matt Armstrong. I have given a rating of excellence ev I am verysatisfied with the service I received from my Salesperson Dee Menon and Financial Rep Matt Armstrong. I have given a rating of excellence even though I was not able to bring my car home with me as negotiated. I had service issues, a new battery that they replaced and no air conditioing, that they are servicing. All this happened before I drove away. A new vehicle was provided until my car is working as it should. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Made me feel special. More
